Psychotherapy in a Non-Traditional, Nature-Based Setting.
You do not need prior experience around horses for them to included in your therapy sessions. Together we will decide if this environment is a good fit for you. My priority is the comfort of both you and the horse in the therapy session.
Equine-Assisted Mental Health Training
I hold specialized training in Equine- Assisted Mental Health from the University of Denver’s post-master’s program, where I learned to partner with horses in the therapeutic process. This approach blends nature, movement, and relational interactions with horses to bring powerful somatic and emotional elements into therapy.
The inclusion of horses in the therapeutic setting allows for an experiential form of therapy that words alone often cannot reach—connecting you to yourself, your body, and your emotions in profound ways. The nature setting provides an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and listen to what’s unfolding within.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, seeking emotional clarity, or simply craving a new way to experience therapy, the combination of nature and movement can be truly transformative. It’s an honor to integrate their presence into this work and support your journey toward healing and wholeness.
You do not need prior experience around horses for them to be included our therapy sessions. We will decide together if this is a good fit for you. My priority is the comfort of both you and the horse in the therapy session.
